AI Tinkerers SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the AI Tinkerers VIP Dinner Notifications program operated by Sloppy Joe, LLC, doing business as AI Tinkerers ("AI Tinkerers," "we," "us," or "our").

Program description

The program sends non-marketing, operational SMS messages to registered AI Tinkerers members who reserve a VIP dinner and separately choose SMS notifications. Messages may include RSVP or reservation confirmations, event reminders, venue or address details, logistics changes, and cancellation updates.

How you opt in

During VIP dinner registration, you may enter and verify a mobile number. After verification, the registration form presents a separate, unchecked SMS consent box. You must affirmatively check that box to enroll in SMS notifications. Consent is optional and is not a condition of applying for, reserving, or attending an event.

Message frequency and charges

This program is limited to event-related confirmations, reminders, venue or address details, logistics changes, and cancellation notices. Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per event reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees according to your mobile plan.

This program does not authorize sign-in messages, unrelated notifications, or marketing. Transactional sign-in messages require a user-initiated action. Any other mobile messaging must be an occasional, high-value notification and requires a separate, user-triggered opt-in that states its purpose and expected frequency.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any AI Tinkerers SMS to unsubscribe. After you opt out, we will send a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you affirmatively opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside AI Tinkerers' control.

Privacy
