AI Tinkerers SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy applies to the AI Tinkerers VIP Dinner Notifications program operated by Sloppy Joe, LLC, doing business as AI Tinkerers ("AI Tinkerers," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements the AI Tinkerers general Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

When you choose SMS notifications, we collect and process:

Your mobile phone number and verification status.
Your SMS consent choice, the consent wording version, and the date, time, and source of that choice.
The event reservation information needed to send confirmations, reminders, venue or address details, logistics changes, and cancellation updates.
Message delivery, HELP, STOP, opt-out, and related support records.

How we use SMS information

We use this information only to verify your mobile number; send the optional operational event notifications you requested; record and honor your messaging preferences; provide support; prevent abuse; and comply with applicable messaging rules.

We do not use this SMS program for advertising, sponsor promotions, third-party lead generation, or affiliate marketing.

Mobile information is not shared for marketing

We never share, sell, rent, disclose, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in or consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This exclusion applies even where our general Privacy Policy permits other event or profile information to be shared with sponsors or partners. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data are not included in sponsor or partner sharing.

Service providers such as Twilio may process mobile information solely to verify numbers, transmit messages, record delivery status, and support the SMS service on our behalf. They may never use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent, frequency, and charges

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying for, reserving, or attending an event. The registration form presents a separate, unchecked SMS consent box.

This VIP dinner program is limited to event-related confirmations, reminders, venue or address details, logistics changes, and cancellation notices. Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per event reservation. Message and data rates may apply.

This program does not authorize sign-in messages, unrelated notifications, or marketing. Transactional sign-in messages require a user-initiated action. Any other mobile messaging must be an occasional, high-value notification and requires a separate, user-triggered opt-in that states its purpose and expected frequency.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any AI Tinkerers SMS to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact [email protected]. We retain consent and opt-out records as necessary to honor your choices, document compliance, resolve delivery issues, and meet legal obligations.
